Precautions for air conditioning and fluorine

1、敞开空调;

1. Open air conditioning;

夏天加氟时可直接让空调在制冷形式下运转。由于制热状况下无法进行加氟操作，所以冬季加氟时，要用制热拔换向阀线的办法，强制空调进入制冷状况。

In summer with fluorine, the air conditioning can be directly operated in the form of refrigeration. Because the fluorine operation can not be carried out under the condition of heat production, when the fluorine is added in winter, it is necessary to use the method of making heat and reversing valve line to force the air conditioning into the refrigeration condition.

2、衔接加氟设备;

2. Connect with fluorine equipment;

空调正常发动后，从室外机低压阀侧的工艺口衔接加氟设备。此过程中一定要排掉加氟管中的空气和脏物。

After the air conditioning is normally launched, the fluorine equipment is connected from the craft port of the low pressure valve side of the outdoor machine. In this process, the air and dirt in the fluorine tube must be removed.

3、测压加氟;

3. Pressure measurement and fluorine;

夏天调查低压压力，环境温度32摄氏度左右时，压力控制在0.45MP左右;

In summer, the pressure is about 0.45MP, when the pressure of low pressure is investigated and the ambient temperature is about 32 degrees centigrade.

冬季调查制热时的高压压力，压力安稳后控制在1.7MP左右。

In winter, the pressure of high pressure is investigated, and the pressure is controlled at about 1.7MP after stability.

4、撤掉加氟设备;

4. Remove the fluorine plus equipment;

在制泠状况下去掉加氟设备，拧紧外机密封纳子;制热状况下去掉设备的话，会形成很多的氟立昂走漏。

In refrigeration condition to remove fluoride nano devices, tightening machine sealing equipment; remove words heating conditions, will form a lot of freon leak.

5、加氟结束。

5. The end of fluorine.

对怀疑有走漏点的空调，要用洗刷精泡沫进行检查。

For air conditioners suspected to have leaks, use the scrubbing foam to check.
