Methods of collecting fluorine in air conditioning

the air conditioner; fluorine collection is one of the most commonly
used skills in the maintenance of the refrigeration system, which we

1收氟要开制冷模式
1. Refrigeration mode is required for fluorine collection
收氟即回收制冷剂, 将室内机蒸发器和连接管道的制冷剂回收至室外机冷凝器的过程, 是移机或维修蒸发器、 连接管道前的一个重要步骤。
Fluorine collection is the process of recovering refrigerants from
the evaporator of indoor unit and connecting pipes to the condenser of
outdoor unit. It is an important step before moving the unit or
repairing the evaporator and connecting pipes.
收氟时必须将空调器运行在制冷模式下, 且压缩机正常运行。
When collecting fluorine, the air conditioner must be operated in refrigeration mode, and the compressor shall operate normally.
如果房间温度较高(夏季), 则可以用遥控器直接选择制冷模式, 温度设定到最低16℃即可。
If the room temperature is high (summer), you can use the remote
control to directly select the refrigeration mode, and the temperature
can be set to a minimum of 16 ℃.
如果房间温度较低(冬季), 应参照以下两种方法可以选择进行开启。
If the room temperature is low (winter), you should refer to the following two methods to choose to open.
1)、用温水加热(或用于捏住) 室内环温传感器探头, 使之检测温度上升, 再用遥控器设定制冷模式开机 收氟。
1) . use warm water to heat (or hold) the probe of indoor ambient
temperature sensor, so as to raise the detection temperature, and then
use the remote control to set the refrigeration mode to start the
fluorine collection.
2) . in heating mode, remove the lead wire of the four-way valve
coil at the outdoor unit terminal, force the power supply of the
four-way valve coil off, and the air conditioner will operate in
refrigeration mode.
注意: 使用此种方法一定要注意用电安全, 可先断开引线再开机收氟。
Note: use this method must pay attention to the safety of
electricity, you can first disconnect the lead and then start the
machine to collect fluorine.
