例1、 故障现象: 通电后蜂鸣器不响, 显示屏无任何字符显示, 室内机与室外机都不工作。

该空调器采用三相电源供电, 遇到这种不能起动的故障时, 一般须检查三相电源是否缺相或严重不平衡, 再检查该机三相电源是否正常。打 开 室 内 机 电 源 板 盖 , 万 用 表 测 12 V 、5 V 两 组 输 出 电 压 正 常 , 但 所 有 继 电器 不 工 作 。当 偶 然 碰 触 L E 5 38 光 耦 合 器 时 , 电 源 指 示 灯 亮 , 空 调 器 起 动 。误 以 为 由 于 L E 5 38 接 触 不良造成的,重新焊接好后,空调器工作正常。但没几天故障重新出现,再重焊LE538,也不能起动工作。于是决定采用更换LE538的办法,空调器仍不能起动。说明前两次重焊LE538,空调器能正常工作,纯属偶然,根本原因不在LE538不良。仔细分析电源板插座及引线知道,电源板的所有控制信号,全部来自显示器电路板上的微处理器。为此,试更换一只显示器,空调器仍不能起动,故障根源仍在电源板上。由于更换了显示器仍不能使空调器起动,那么只有一个可能,就是电源板没有向显示器的微处理器提供复位信号,致使微处理器工作条件不满足而未工作,由于没有控制信号输出,所以执行元件(继电器)不工作,造成整机不能起动。显示器上的5V工作电压由电源板上元件(型号C2253)提供。借助有关资料得知C2253为带复位端的+5V稳压集成元件,其引脚功能为:①脚为电源输入,②脚为复位,③脚为地,④脚为+5V电压输出。监测②脚电压始终为0V,焊下②脚外接电容器检查正常,说明C2253内部开路,无复位信号输出。

A careful analysis of the power board socket and the lead line knows all control signals of the power board, all from the microprocessor on the display circuit board. To this end, try to replace a display, the air conditioner can still not start, the root of the fault is still on the power board. Due to the replacement of the display still can not make the air conditioner starting, so there is only one possible, is the power supply board does not provide a reset signal to the display microprocessor, the microprocessor working condition does not work, because there is no control signal output, so the implementation of components (relay) does not work, causing the whole machine can not start. The 5V operating voltage on the display is provided by the component on the power board (model C2253). According to relevant data, C2253 is an integrated +5V regulator with reset terminal. Its pin function is as follows: (1) the foot is power input, the second is reset, the third is feet, the forth is +5V voltage output. Monitoring 2 feet voltage is always 0V, under welding under the foot external capacitor check normal, indicating that the C2253 inside open, no reset signal output.

因无法购到C2253,笔者试用一个100Ω电阻并接在C2253的②和④脚之间,通电后开机空调器恢复正常工作。

例2、格力KFR-25GW空调器制冷剂充注过量导致压缩机起动便停车

故障现象:

室内机安装在四楼,而室外机却安装在五楼房顶,制冷连接管道加装有延长管,使用不到一个月便出现不制冷。

检查制冷管道各个连接头,室外机的液管出口处螺母有松动,拧紧后充注制冷剂。试机时,压缩机刚一起动就停车。将复合式压力表连接在系统中,观察压力,发现高压过高,高压过高是由制冷剂充入过多、系统内进入空气等原因造成的。进一步检查又发现压缩机上有浮霜,综合两种现象判定是制冷剂充注过量所致,进一步了解在安装时曾补充过制冷剂(因有延长管),但未按标准量充注(充注量过多)。

拆下室外机外壳,见室外机毛细管震裂,造成震断原因是,安装人员把空调器室外机直接放在地上没有固定牢,用气焊修补好断裂处,通电后压缩机不起动,由于毛细管震裂,加之用户又长时间开机,使压缩机内的冷冻油大量排出,造成压缩机过热,油膜破坏,压缩机出现抱轴。

采用加大电容法和敲击法,起动压缩机均不凑效,最后只有把压缩机高压管和低压管焊开,采用气压冲击法,压缩机才起动运转,运转10min后,从低压气体阀门加200mL冷冻油,试机正常后,再打压、检漏、抽空、加制冷剂R22,空调器恢复制冷。

试用一台国产庆安宇航设备公司生产的1.5P压缩机进行代换,该压缩机与原压缩机底座的安装孔完全相同。接线方法,起动电容的两根引线接压缩机的运转“M”端子,电容器的一根引线接起动“S”端子,过热、过电流保护引线接压缩机的公共“C端子”试机压缩机起动一次成功正常后,打压、抽空、加R22制冷剂,试机空调器恢复制冷。

出现这种故障的原因有以下几点

(1)室内机热交换器上的管温感温头TH3损坏或断线,指示电脑板无法检测到室外机送进的热气信号。
